Get Insured Before Rent Your Car!!

The best choice is your own insurance company from which you have taken insurance. Many companies just transfer your car’s insurance to the rented car. This insurance has comprehensive and accident insurance with the same deductibles and third party coverage. This saves you from spending anything more.

A car rental is a great fun to get around on holidays, but you should remember that driving in an unfamiliar location can be stressful and challenging. You should always have insurance while renting a car, so that you have financial backup if an accident should occur. Talk with your insurance agent and make sure that you and other driver if any are insured.

Rentals are also very useful if you have a car but will be unable to use it, perhaps if a partner needs to use the car on the same day, or if your car is out of commission due to an accident and you are awaiting repairs or compensation.

If you turn back the car in perfect condition, nothing will be charged to your credit card except for the rental fee. However, if the car is damaged while it is in your possession, your credit card will immediately be charged with an appropriate fee based on the terms of your rental agreement.
